Since this is obviously a "buzz word," we can only hope that they promote educational equity and excellence for students with disabilities while ensuring that they receive the rights and protection to which they are entitled. This can include making sure that children receive the appropriate testing such as making sure ESOL children are given IQ tests in Spanish. They can also ensure that the child is appropriately placed in the least restrictive environment, given the results of the evaluation.
