  1. Their role is to contribute to the violence, or stand there in a circle and cheer it on.

  2. Some kids think it cool to get in trouble by causing some kind of violent act.

  3. I am a social worker who works with kids on probation. I work in one of the most dangerous cities, thus I deal with schools and the lack of education, and increase in violence at these schools.

Many of the schools lack organization, and respect.  Teachers feel as if they can treat the students however, I have seen a teach grab a student by his collar and drag him over to speak to me, how are students suppose to respect the teachers if they in turn are not respected.  Also so many of the schools are based on the discipline approach rather than the rehabilitation lets help the students approach.  Its all on how you speak to the kids, if you go at them as if they are **** then they arent gonna respect a person or respond positively.

Basically more teachers and faculty have to truly care, and want to make a difference in order to .
