I am french and none here is able here to explain me this particularity of your culture. I noticed this a while ago but i am always thinking about that !

  1. "LeBron" probably comes from "LeBrun" or "Lebrun", probably from settlers in Canada who moved to the US East Coast in the 18th and 19th century.
