What is the rough cost of a vacation to the Carribean?

Question

Only a very rough estimate needed. Hotel+food+plane trips+anything else. I do not care if it is a thousand dollars off, I just want something. Any personal experience?

Depending where you are, flights can be around 1200 bux. Last time I went to Barbados, my flight was 800, we rented an apartment in Worthing for a month, which was another 1200, and took a Windjammer tour (2 weeks) which was another 2000. Me and my wife went to a really nice all inclusive resort in the  Dominican Republic for 7 days and the total cost of the trip was around $3500.

Go to Costa Rica! Plane tickets now cost about $600, but they will go up!! As for hotels, I don't know of many, but take good car of expencive things like laptops, jewlery, and any other expensive things. Try Lemon, one of the many adorable cities that line the coasts. Trust me!! I use to live there!!
