While playing Holdem, I was booted out of the game by another player. Why was I booted out?

  1. The table host can boot anyone Before game starts. Common reason is ratings, Once  game starts you can only be booted for being idle more then 3 minutes.  

    If it happens outside of the above, then they are using a hacker program to boot .
