Singapore is a safe country and is really clean but might not be the cheapest country there is. But these days most countries arent that cheap so don't get your hopes up too much

u start looking into asain country the rate of exchange for the  dollar is great. mexico is all great, just  use r search engines tailand is  good philinippes is  also. if  r single  you'l have  no hard  time of finding  date or a new  wife
