Probably not a lot. At my former employer (an aerospace corporation), there was a director of outsourcing who kept insisting that "we should send more work to India, because over there, they work for peanuts".

Later, said director quit my employer to become VP of the local (off-shore) branch of said Indian company. Can you say "conflict of interest"?
