  1. If you're asking about the general format of scientific papers, this is the standard set (the first added some that are not common to most, and left off a couple of nearly ubiquitous ones):

    1. Title (& Author Names, Affiliations, Contact Information for Corresponding Author)

    2. Abstract

    3. Introduction

    4. Materials and Methods

    5. Results

    6. Discussion

    7. Acknowledgments

    8. Literature Cited (aka References)

The objectives/hypothesis are nearly always covered in the Introduction, and conclusions are typically included in the Discussion.

  2. 1. Introduction

    2. Objectives / Hypothesis

    3. Materials and Methods (a.k.a. Procedure)

    4. Results

    5. Discussion

    6. Conclusions

  3. There is also an "abstract", which is a short, very succint paragraph or so summarizing your paper.
