What is the scrap value of plastic per kilo ?

i have rolls of plastic used for garment packing and was wondering what recycling value they have?

i think the current rate is either 3 or 13 quid a ton.  so its worth nothing really.  theres more value in scrap steel about 70 quid a ton with less effort gathering it.  so dont even bother feeding the hippies ego just dump the plastic in a bin and let them deal with it.  but before you do try selling it to a dry cleaners first. say 10 quid a roll.

you would have to have a wagon full,then you would only get about £5,a ton if that,thats not to say it doesnt get recycled because it does,to much goes to land fill,and people need to realise its no good,but as value goes its worthless,just like the other answerer has told you.its pointless saving,save your space.
