I just asked this to help some people out. I found that when ur doing the rhythm of 1 2 3, that when the bag is coming back to u after the third hit you have to be quick to the hit and get it bfore it gets back to the middle position (the position it would be in if staying still). also to keep your arms up always and it helps if u get a good swivel, i had one that was just like a ball with a hook and a chain and it was kinda weak, so i went to BIG 5 and got a 20 dollar swivel and it was a h**l of a big difference.... If you have any other advice/ suggestions let me know because im just starting out so any advice would be helpful. alright then im OUT!
