What is the service code for the Sony WEGA Trinitron Model KV-27FS100?

I need to access the service menu on my TV so I can adjust the picture width. I lose about an inch of the picture on each side of the screen and have trouble playing GTA IV when I can't see my ammo and health. HELP! It might be the overscan %

See if this works on your TV:  Within 5 seconds depress the following buttons:

(Display), (5), (Volume +) and (Power).  Hope this helps.
