60 Amps. It is the rated capacity. Give or take a couple of amps.

It's a common misunderstanding that a fuse blows as soon as the rated current is exceeded.  Depending on the construction it may pass 1.3-1.5 X the rated current for a considerable time. Look at the graphs of current vs speed (see attachment) and KA va Amp rating

a 60A fuse could pass 100A for 2000 seconds - 1/2 hour

or 8000A very briefly
