What is the shortest length of the Amazon? I know the longest length. even an estimate would be appreciated!?

Thank you so much for anything. I just need to know if a covered bridge would cross the river at it shortest point.?

I checked it on an unclear map and used the map scale- I can't belive I'm doing someone esles probelm- and I even like it! Anyway I got     25 miles wide.
