It's a cartoon.
It's usually on channel seven, i think it was on saturday disney once. It is about these school kids and there is a team of like patrol kids in the school who bust the culprits in all the school scandals and problems.
The main kid is black and has his head shaved, he has glasses and he used to be a kid criminal himself so he became a kid detective. His name starts with P, i think, it may be his last name and it is also the name of the show.
His partner is pale with black hair and she has a photographic memory. I think her name is something like Imogen.
The kid detecive team wear orange sashes. I can remember a couple of episodes- one where they bust a chick for stealing her friends record-breaking tamagotchi- and one where the main kid competes in a golfing tournament and some bullies try to make him lose.
