What is the significance of black and white wings?

angels have wings. ive seen some to have black wings. others have the familiar white wings. is there a meaning to the wings, oh yeah are there any other types of wings?

Are you referring to birds or referring to angels ? I wiil give you no explaination for the first but for the second I say that I am in love with an angel and her arms embrace me with the same warmth that a female bird embraces her little ones . And the colour of her wings are neither white or black, just the colour of love .

In most cultures, black signifies evilness while "color" white represent goodness. Most of these black "shaded" wings are portrayed as either wings of fallen angels or devils.
