What is the simplified version of this equation,

4x 6y = 400,

like what is the equation in slope intercept form???

if you can help than thanks cause i have have to do his algebra project and its due in a couple days so if u can help then thanks!!!

  1. 4x+6y=400

    You simplify the equation by dividing each term by 2:

    2x+3y=200

    The slope-intercept form is y=mx+b.  Basically, get the y all by itself on the left

    Subtract 4x from both sides:

    6y=-4x+400

    Divide both sides by 6:

    y=(-4/6)x+400/6

    Simplify

    y=(-2/3)x+200/3
