A drop of ketcup with my mayo, and splash of mustard. It add a nice sweet zip to the sanwich out out making it taste like ketcup, or like I hsve fry sauce on my sandwich.

The most important would be the bread or bun.  Without that you wouldn't have a sandwich.  You'd just be eating filling.

The bread.  Even the best sandwich meats/cheese/spreads only taste OK if the bread is sub par.  Likewise, mediocre stuffing's will taste better if the bread is top notch.
