Zillow http://www.zillow.com allows you to see how much houses sold for in your street

Also check with the real estate assessment page of your county. Most have online databases you can access giving detailed info about houses in your neighborhood including sales price

Just be watchful with Zillow that you’re really looking at sales price and not their arbitrary assessment of a home’s value. They can be pretty inaccurate.
