  1. Oxygen enters the pulmonary blood by the process of diffusion from the alveoli present in the lungs into the capillary section of the pulmonary artery.For more help I am adding the following link which has more detailed information regarding this topic:

  2. The only place that gases can enter or leave the blood is at the capillary level.  The pulmonary capillary beds surround the alveoli of the lungs.  This is where O2 can enter the blood.
