  1. ther is no exact size they have to follow like in soccer but I guess you could get the indivual grounds and calulate them and even do a average


  2. Unlike most professional sports, there is not exact size  requirements for an AFL ground. Therefore grounds vary in dimension throughout Australia, giving many teams a unique 'home ground' advantage. The AFL has set minimum and maximum lenghts and widths however ground sizes still vary considerably. Subiaco oval in Perth is approx 150m long and 75m wide, wheras the SCG in Sydney is only approx 120m long and 70m wide

  3. They all vary. There is no one size that is common to all. The SCG is smaller than the MCG, its all different.

  4. Aussie Rules was designed to be played on cricket ovals. Just as there is no standard size for a cricket oval, there is no standard for footy. Most grounds would be 150m+ long.
