all vballs are the same size, but for that age they are light balls that are lighter an easier for littler kids to hit. you can also get ones with a ballon type thing on the inside

They use the ones that are the same size but about 2 ounces lighter.  Below is the official volleyball specification from volleyball.org.

Circumference: 25.5" to 27"

Weight:  9 to 10 ounces

Inside pressure: 4.3 to 4.6 psi

Twelve-and-under competition at the USAV Junior Olympic Volleyball Championships will be conducted using a ball with the same circumference and inside pressure, but with a weight of 7 to 8 ounces.
