What is the sizing technique at forever 21?

I am a size three at hollister, and a size 16 at kids abercrombie.

I'm short on time today so i need to get in and out of the store as fast as possible... ive heard answers to others questions, people might say they're a 24 or a 27 or something. Then other people say they're a zero or a 3.

What size am i and how do i know which system of sizing they will use at the store?
