What is the smallest horse i can ride comfortably?

i dont think minniature ponys are going to be ridden comfertably, i think maby a welsh mountain cobb or a welsh mountain pony.

Hey. I think about 13 hands would be the smallest you could go but then that may be uncomfortable. I don't know lbs since I'm aussie but yer.

ride what makes you happy.Who cares what your instructor says. She is not buying the horse you are.

I am 5' 11" and 195lbs. I ride horses between 14 hands and 16 hands. I like in the 15 hand range the best. You are 5' 10" and you might look too big on anything smaller than 14 hands.

my husband is 6 feet and weight 120kg and rides my daughters min he is 4hh.

Im 2 inches shorter and 20 pounds lighter. I rode a 13.2ish (not exactly sure) welshX. That was as small as I would go. It was rather uncomfortable and riding something that small was unenrving. The pony didnt have a problem carrying me but my legs are long and he didnt like where I was touching him with my heels. He had a small barrel and I instead of hitting his sides my feet were beginning to go under his belly (with my stirrups 2 holes shorter than normal). I WAS my legs and not the weight/height because he was trained my someone a little heavier than me but she had short legs and he never had a problem.

A smaller horse could probably carry me without too much difficulty but it becomes uncomfortable for you as a rider.

I'm 163cm and weigh 55kg the smallest ive ridden comfortably is 12 hands but id probably suggest 14 hands

Well I'm 5'3" and weigh 60 lbs. I ride a 10 hh horse but it's all about leg length. Ask your local riding school or a horse riding trainer.
