  1. Other than the mountain my ex-wife made out of a molehill, there's Sugarloaf Mt. in central Florida, at 312 feet above sea level and about 112 feet above surrounding terrain.

  2. The smallest officially registered mountain in the world is Mt Wycheproof near the town of Wycheproof, Victoria, Australia. It is only 43 metres high.

  3. Smallest in height or smallest in length?

As there is no universal number that tells whether or not the landform is in fact a big hill or a mountain, your question is a bit more difficult to answer. 600 metres is the arbitrary number that is usually the accepted height for a mountain.

That being said then the Australian mountain called Mt.Wycheproof isn't really a mountain at all. It got it's name from the Aboriginal name 'witchi-poorp'  which means "grass on a hill ".

4.4 Hills and low hills (Terrick Terrick Range, Mt Major, Mt Wycheproof)

So what is the smallest? According to google it is the "world smallest mountain 'Range' " - Sutter Buttes in Yuba City, CA, USA.
