What is the smallest size you can get for a piercing in your cartiladge in your ear?

I want to get a piercing in my cartiladge in my ear, but I dont want anything bigger than a 16 gauge. and I'm not sure if I can get smaller than 16 or not.

if you get it pierced with a stud they are usually a 22 gauge or a 20 gauge.

You can get any size really. Just ask the piercer to put in the size you like.

Mine is at 16g.

Sure...Most ear piercings (cartilage or ear lobe) done with a regular stud are 18 to 20 gauge.Check the piercer to make sure that its a size that you'd like though.Good luck!=)

16 is the smallest.

Both of my ears are gauged to 12.

And my left is gauged a second time to a 14.
