What is the softest, most cushion-y walking and dress shoes?

I have nerve damage in my feet, so I need extremely soft and cushion-y shoes. I recently bought a sandal from Brookstone, and it is made out of EVA material and it is great! It is so bouncy and cushion-y. But what shoes are like this?

NO, not Crocs they look hideous and she asked for "walking and DRESS shoes.

Try Flyflots - they're kind of a sensation here in the UK at the moment. Very comfortable and soft (my arthritic mum swears by them) and come in some very nice dressy styles.
