Question

To be more specific, i am really trying to figure out the name/artist of the song/beat thing in the Joe Dirt movie. The song is played when Charlie(the dog) runs off and humps a female dog when Don(Brandy's Dad) gets his foot stuck in the train track.

It's like "bow wow wow diggy diggy diggy.. bow wow." or something like that.
