What is the song on Season 4 of "The Hills" when Lo is leaving Audrina's place?

"The Hills" website says it is Safetysuit - What If, but the lyrics don't seem to match. The lyrics at the end say, "If I see you out, don't say anything...." Does someone know what song that is?

The songs from the television episodes and online episodes are different. So if you wanted the online episode's song it's "See you around" Runner Runner. And the television episode's song is Safetysuit "What If". Hope this helped. :)
