It was the same on the 8th of August in 1988 then it was even one 8 more.. 08/08/1988 and lots of people did get married that day.. for some strange reason more than on any other day.. they booked a year ahead .. just to get married on that date.. I guess because it doesn't happen that often to have an opportunity to find such an easy date to remember or there is something about the number 8 and this year the beginning of the Olympic games will make this a special day.. even more easy to remember because of the starting date...and not only that..
