What is the speed limit for a restricted driver in northern ireland on a motorway i know its 45 on normal road

It's 45 as well though very few people stick to it. To be honest you're better of not displaying the R plates and drive at a normal speed. Though if you're caught you will get penalty points and a fine. So it depends if you are willing to risk it!!
