What is the speed limit for the vehicle entering in to the factory?

Zero if you are talking about where they are built because they are on a tracking assembly line system..................

Where I worked before retirement it was walking speed.  We were required to use spotters front and back with all vehicles.  Even a Humvee with no top and 360 degree visibility required spotters.  A normal human walking pace is about 3 mph.

You didn't say what factory or even what they make.  I'm sure there is some established rule for yours, try asking someone in safety or quality control.  Either of them should know or should be able to find out easily.  Just a "Note", if it sounds silly ask to see it in the plant rules book.  Some times these folks do just pull stuff out of thin air.

where i work it is five miles an hour

Depends on the factory. but probably about 10mph
