What is the square foot rate in HSR Layout, Bangalore?

which sector is more posh there. Which other place is better to build house and settle down.

HSR Layout 1st stage 3000 - 3500 /sq.ft

2nd stage 3500 - 4000 /sq.ft and son on... as u come closer to silk board junction the prices cross 4000/ sq.ft

If you are searching flat in a apartment the approx rate per square foot is  about 2500/-  It will be a moderate apartment with all amenities i.e. swiming pool and play ground etc.

As per Government it is ranged from Rs.2,000 to 4,000 depending on the location. On the main roads it is costlier, and much cheaper at by lanes. Off course there is a wide gap between the Guideline price and actual price.

But at present, the most happening place is RPC layout at Vijayanagar, now renamed as Hampi Nagar, and Chandra Layout. Where is price is presently less compared to HSR, but future is there.
