What is the standard Military Procedure ton how to exfil from a helicopter in a hostile zone?

I need to know for a movie project what the standard procedure for soldiers is on how to exfil from a helicopter in a hostile area of ops. e.g. Do they run five paces and go prone until the section has deplaned and then move?

Depends on a few things from whatI know. What type of Helicopter. Size of the LZ. Is it a hot LZ? and so on. Usually we had pictures of it prior and we were told to get to the treeline or if I remember correctly clear the rotor blades and drop. But if itis a53 then that changes theings b/c of the tail rotor. Sometime we would get outcircle the aircraft and provide cover and do i TRAP and grab someone then run back aboard. Wen I did all this I was young in the Marines like a e-3 and part of helo company.
