I'm from Dublin Ireland and I've lived in Texas for the past three years! what I miss most is corn beef , cabbage and potatoes. Dublin's most famous dish besides from cod and chips is a stew like dish called coddle containing sausage without skins, onions,potatoes and broth!! I don't know what Ellas comment is referring to!!!
