What TheNineofSpades said is correct the bank is supposed to be unlimited. If however you were asking how much money the bank dealt out to each player that's different. You're given $1500:

Two -500$

Two -100$

Two - 50$

Six - 20$

Five - 10$

Five - 5$

Five - 1$

The bank is considered to have an unlimited supply of money.  If the players gain enough that the supply of paper money is exhausted, the bank is permitted (and required) to write IOUs.

In short, the bank is never broke.
