Do they ever stop looking for you, if you violate a probation, from a felony B&E conviction?

  1. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ONLY APPLIES TO CRIMES YOU HAVE COMMITTED AND HAVE NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED AS THE PERPETRATOR. IF YOUR ON PROBATION YOU'VE ALREADY BEEN CONVICTED OF THE CRIME AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PROPERTY OF STATE. YOU CAN SERVE A VIOLATION OF 3 TO 6 MONTHS FOR VIOLATING OR THEY MAY HAVE YOU MAX OUT. IT DEPENDS IF THEY HAVE TO CHASE YOU OR YOU DO A VOLUNTARY SURRENDER.

  2. You will be looked for until the arrest warrant is recalled.  They might not look too hard, but one traffic ticket is all it will take.

  3. There is no statute of limitations on parole violations
