What is the status of limitation on dental work in Texas?

My wife had dental work the Dentist did a horrible job. Now she has to have all front teeth pulled. (Implants needed). Gum problems. My wife went to a couple of Dental Surgeons for an opinions, they could not believe the terrible work. They advised us to file a law suit.
