  1. 2 children?

I suppose their parents can spank them up until the time they are no longer quick enough to catch them

  2. Some of you said that they're both kids.....spank them. But if one is nine, ten, eleven and the other is three, four, or five........how do you deal with that. That's molestation. And there is no statute.

  3. I hope there is none.

  4. I don't believe it to be molestation , if both are children.

Therefore , not subject to statutes.

  5. You have asked a very complicated and convoluted question...  The simple fact is that every s*x crime should be reported, regardless of the amount of time lapsed.  However, it is up to the district attorney or city attorney to charge based on the evidence.  The only statute that I can think of applies onlly to misdemeanors and tort or civil law....  It the crime entailed a felony violation, then the report should always be made and the authorities should deal with the extemporaneous issues at hand... I know that certain states 'claim' statutes of limitations but they are just guidelines and still don't displace the fact that a crime did occur....

  6. I think it depends on the ages of the children involved.

Here in Ohio, a few years back, there was a case where a 12 year old girl was sexually assaulted by another 12 year old girl. The local police were unsure of how to charge the girl.
