What is the stitch that most simple tee shirt hems are sewn with called??

I know its on a serger, but what is that stitch called?

Some people do a similar-looking stitch on a regular sewing machine with a double needle, but it's very hard to not stretch the fabric while you're doing it.

coverstitch, aka coverhem.  Not all sergers will do it.
