All guests at this dinner were asked to switch off their cameras.

While he gave his speech.

One guest kept his camera-phone on & caught another Bush-isum to add to the collection!

Wall st got drunk ?  I thought it was good to see that President Bush actually had a good idea of what wall st has been up to - with their 'fancy financial instuments'.  They created the mess and they have to pay for it.

He was speaking at a private dinner where no recording divices were allowed and as usual he said something silly. But someone at the dinner recorded it on their phone and sent it to a news station.
