What is the strangest thing you ever found in the washer or dryer?

the strangest thing I found was a magnifying glass and a plastic disposible cup. Once I found a cat in the dryer, she must of hopped in after the dryer had stopped because one of the kids left the dryer door open. I heard the cat cry but though she was outside. It took me awhile to figure out where the cat was.

I just turned on the dryer and was heading back up stairs and I'm hearing this weird thumping noises from my dryer. I almost didn't go back to look, and I'm so glad I did. I opened the dryer door and out runs my black cat. I didn't even know she was down there.

Ummm, a condom, the thing is it didn't belong to me and my husband it belonged to my son! He said that him and his friends were blowing them up and putting them in people's mailboxes. Like I REALLY believe that one!! lol

My husband's a general contractor so you can imagine!  Screws, nails, pencils, pens, utility knives, plaster, wood, concrete, receipts, screwdrivers, cabinet k***s.  The list goes on and on.  The strangest thing is I'm POSITIVE there was nothing in the pockets when I checked them before the wash!  Oh, and I have a 2 year old...
