  1. It keeps her joddies from riding up on her leg.

  2. they help her not to fall off the horse

  3. lol i used to wonder what those were too. those are called gaiters. they keep ur jods from riding up.

  4. it is to keep the breeches from ridding up. good question. :)

  5. They are for shows. We call them garter straps in our area. They go around just under the knee and are for grip as well as a style thing when you show. Little kids that aren't old enough for tall boots wear them.

  6. its a keeper it keeps the jodphurs fo rideing up on the rider!  younger childern can wear them in shows as apposed to tall boots.

  7. It keeps her breeches from riding up from her calf to her knee, like a keeper.

ADD: it also keeps the fabric from wrinkling under the knee

  8. idk? Good question.

  9. they are called a garter, and they're for riders with short or jodhpur boots. they stop their joddies from riding up past the ankle.

  10. If I'm not mistaken, it's to help her leg stay in place. At least that's what I think it is.

  11. Idk you should ask her

  12. That is a garter strap to help make sure the the jodhpurs do not ride up while riding.

  13. its a garter. it stops the jods from riding up. If you are under 12 you may ride in them at a horse show (even rated ones) It is correct if you dont have propper tall boots.
