  1. If I did my math right (and I'm not sure I did) and assuming I read the equianalgesic chart correctly, I figured that hydrocodone is approximately 1/6 the strength of oral morphine.  As equianalgesic charts don't truly list Roxanol, I used the oral morphine.  I understand that this is not truly the same thing since oral morphine must be absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract and Roxanol is a sublingual medication (thereby a quicker absorption rate).  I also understand that since Roxanol is an elixir it will change a few factors.  This, however, is the closest I could come to an equianalgesic effect.
