What is the strongest epoxy or glue to reattach an inside door pull/k**b on a 1994 Ford Explorer?

I am not sure what k**b you want to reattach.

But I hate to think of the problems of taking it back apart to fix another problem.

A complete assembly that has the right parts to hold it in place from a salvage yard would work better and not cost a lot more the an epoxy to do the job.
