It was the contents of an empty wastepaper bin.  I've yet to see anything more convincing than that.

Well, personally, I have seen no evidence.  

Note to Hunting4 above.  You have to question the TAPS group.  Why?  They are making a Television show.  They make television shows to make MONEY.  If they came back every week with nothing "interesting" how long do you think they would be on television?

Generally skeptic shows are not interesting to the general public and anyone that gets paid to "investigate" ghosts may have questionable motives. . .

It would be nice to think that there are such things as ghosts. But, the reality is that there is no proof of such things. . .

Then too, you might consider the likes of Sylvia Brown who facilitate communication with our dead relatives for a small fee.  ($750 per half hour if I recall) . . Once again, motive?  MONEY. . ..

Why would my dead relative not find any better way to communicate to me, except through a paid "spirit guide" and under such obviously contrived circumstances.

The time when 120 poems that rhymed came to me as fast as I could write them down. Another time was when my son was raised up off the bed & I had to push him back down. I had to push hard. I believe now that a spirit was holding him up. A psychic had lived in the house before me(I found out later).He was asleep, but I wasn't .

I have yet to see even one tiny shred of compelling evidence, including all of the stuff TAPS has captured.

My strongest proof has come from personal experiences.



But as for recorded evidence, I would have to say the St. Augustine lighthouse episode of ghost hunters. I was just there this past weekend and did some of my own debunking and there is no way possible for a living person to get from where they first spot the shadow to the next in that short of time.

sorry, don't have any links, because I don't watch those types of things. The strongest evidence I've ever had of the paranormal isn't anything I can show you. It's something I feel (physically as well as emotionally), it's something I hear. Granted, I feel more than most people do, but this stuff is  perfectly accessible to anybody who wants it. It's all just very easily dismissed as something else (I left the window open, or I'm just imagining things b/c I'm tired).
