What is the strongest numbing cream that i can by at cvs?

ok im going to pierce my lip this week,but I CANT HANDLE THE PAIN so im looking for THE STRONGEST NUMBING CREAM!!!! does anybody know of any numbing cream that i can buy like at cvs helppppi have NO TOLERANCE FOR PAIN..

  1. Orajel is pretty intense. I used it when I had my braces, and that stuff is INTENSE!!  Not only did it numb the place where I applied it, but it also took the feeling out of any other part of my mouth that it touched while I put it on.  That stuff totally takes care of anything.
