What is the structure of the NSW HSC?

When I say structure, I mean the number of subjects, subjects etc.

  1. each subject you take has "units"

    most subjects generally have 2 units, but you can choose "extension" subjects which add a unit or two.

    for eg. Maths extension 1 will be 3 units

    Maths extension 2 will be 4 units

    for HSC, you need 10 units.

    many schools make you take 12 units just in case you s***w up some subjects.

    some subjects depend on your school.
