What is the study of tarot, telepathy, telekinesis called? other than magic? I believe there is or was a college in Roseville, MI that studied this and i would like to know more about it.

Tarot are a tool for psychic guidance, meditation & growth.

Telepathy is an emotional/psychic link between 2 people.

Telekinesis is more of a mental activity.

I suppose that depends on how you are using them.  Tarot, for example, isn't always used for divination.  Sometimes it's used for psychology or just played as a game.  

ESP covers most of your psychic stuff like telekinesis.  If your think about it, what makes extra sensory perception anything special?  If you simply think about it as an "extra" sense and not as magic, then you demystify it instantly.

I consider tarot a spiritual thing since I don't have ESP but enjoy using the tarot and get a lot of insight from it.  I see it as a spiritual tool like prayer or meditation.  If I were psychic and I could make predictions with it, I'd call it a tool for my psychic ability.  

Your question makes me think of the word "paranormal."  People instantly assume that the word has to do with spirits, ghosts, demons, and all that woo woo stuff.  But all the word really means is "beyond normal."  

In answer to your question, perhaps what you can call these things are abilities or phenomena that haven't been explained or proven YET.

It is called parapsychology. It began in the late 1800s, and was quite popular by all the fashionable ladies and their frou-frou husbands. It slowly lost popularity, however, and it isn't respected in the modern day and age.

A parapsychologist is a scientist that studies parapsychology. Any ESP (extrasensory perceptions, just in case you don't know) is studied by these professionals.

I think those are completely different areas of study.   Tarot really doesn't fall into the same category as the other two.   Telepathy and telekinesis would be parapsychology.
