I prefer the old world term Metaphysics instead of the modern Parapsychology. Meta= “after,” “along with,” “beyond,” “among,” “behind," Physics ="the science that deals with matter, energy, motion, and force"; Para ="at or to one side of, beside, side by side",  Psychology = "the science of the mind or of mental states and processes,".
