What is the stuff they use to attract snakes

In the movie snakes on a plane they used some type of spray that not only makes the snakes go into HYPER mode by also attracts them. Can someone tell me what it is that attracts them?? and where i can buy it..

First of all, the whole situation on that movie is FICTION.  The explanation given in the plot is that a spray containing a snake pheromone was used.  In reality, pheromones are chemicals that many animals (including humans) exude at the age of maturity (when ready to reproduce).  These chemicals are detected by sensitive organs in the nasal passages and are recognized by the brain, but they usually cannot be detected by an odor.

While these chemicals, IF you were actually able to obtain them, may attract snakes, they would in no way cause the snakes to respond like they did in the movie.  That was someone's dramatic (albeit totally unrealistic) way of portraying snakes like they were on crack or something.

I don't know why you would want to buy something like this, but it's not something you can just run out and pick up at Walmart.  For more information, contact a herpetologist (snake expert) at your nearest university.  They'll be able to help you understand realistic snake behavior rather than what is usually portrayed in movies/TV shows.
